Move Index provides movement guidance, session tools, and calendar-aware break suggestions for informational and wellness purposes. The service is not medical advice and should not replace professional care or diagnosis.

You agree to use Move Index only in compliance with applicable law and in a way that does not interfere with the service or other users.

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, you authorize Move Index to access your Google Calendar data on a read-only basis for the limited purpose of identifying break windows, estimating meeting duration, and personalizing movement timing.

You remain responsible for the Google account you connect and may revoke access at any time from Move Index or your Google account settings.

You are responsible for deciding whether a suggested movement or exercise is appropriate for your body, environment, and health status.

Do not perform movements that cause pain, instability, or unsafe conditions. Stop immediately if an exercise feels inappropriate or harmful.

Move Index, including its content, design, research framing, branding, and software, is owned by its operators or licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or permission to copy, resell, or reverse engineer it except as allowed by law.

Move Index is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or that the service will always detect every meeting, break, or scheduling nuance correctly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Move Index and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service.

Your use of movement recommendations and connected account features is at your own risk.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue Move Index or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

We may restrict or terminate access if we believe use of the service creates legal, security, or abuse risks.
